Competition conditions for social media

  • The competition is organized by Mer Sweden AB and is in no way sponsored, promoted, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
  • Competitors must be resident in Sweden and over 18 years of age.
  • You who participate in the competition agree that we may post your name and competition contribution on Mer Sweden AB’s social media and se.mer.eco
  • In competitions organized on Facebook and/or Instagram by Mer Sweden AB, you always participate free of charge and without any purchase requirement.
  • The prize/prize cannot be withdrawn in cash, nor can it be exchanged for another/other products at an equivalent price. The winner pays any winnings tax.
  • Employees of Mer Sweden AB and their relatives are not allowed to participate in Mer Sweden AB’s competitions on social media.
  • The Facebook profile/Instagram profile you are competing from must be created in accordance with the respective platform’s community rules.
  • Contributions that may be perceived as offensive or offensive may be removed without warning.
  • All winners are selected by a jury led by Mer Sweden AB’s marketing department. The jury’s decision cannot be appealed.
  • The winner is notified either via direct message or in a comment under the post in the channel from which the competition takes place, alternatively by publication on Mer Sweden’s Facebook or Instagram with information on how to take part in the prize.
  • If the winner does not respond, or alternatively contacts, Mer Sweden AB within 7 days from the announcement of the winner, Mer Sweden AB has the right to appoint a new winner.
  • When you participate in the competitions, you accept these competition conditions and competition rules from Mer Sweden AB.
  • Information about how we handle your personal data can be found in our GDPR and personal data policy.
  • All Mer Sweden AB’s competition conditions and rules are regulated in accordance with Swedish legislation.
  • When winning free public charging in Mer’s public charging network, the winner must become a registered customer to take part in the prize.
  • Winnings from the 2022 Advent Lottery can be used until 30/03/2023.
