How do I get statistics from my wall box?

After your charging box has been installed, we send out a consumption report once a month.The reports are sent retrospectively and show the previous month’s usage. When buying a Smart charging wall box, 24 months of connection is included. If you have not received your first statistics report by email, please contact customer service.
What happens after 24 months?
When purchasing a smart charging box, a 24-month connection is included, then the charging box is connected to Mer’s system, which ensures that the EV wall box is updated with the latest software so that the car always can be charged. The connection also gives you continuous consumption statistics. The connection requires GSM reception at the installation site.
If you want to continue to have your charging box connected to receive consumption statistics and software updates after 24 months, you can choose to extend the service with us, at a cost of currently 29 SEK/month. If you do not do anything, the service will end when your 24 months have expired.
You will still be able to charge your car as usual via the charging box, even if it is not connected.
