I have downloaded the app but have not received a charging tag?

Unfortunately our app, Mer Connect Sverige, and the charging tag cannot be connected as of now, but are two different payment solutions. When you create an account in the mobile app, you will therefore not automatically receive a charging token.

With the app, you get immediate access to the public charging network and can start and end your charging.

If you want a charging tag, you need to sign up to a charging subscription via our webshop. We have one option, Mer Flexible, in which you only pay when charging (no monthly subscription fee) You can have both a charging tray and a subscription, but it is important to be aware that the payments are separate.
