How do I get information about my consumption in the app?

After completing the charge that you started with the app, you will receive a digital charge receipt, you can also see your charge history in My Profile and on your payment receipt.

If you have started charging with your charging tag, you need to contact customer service with your social security number and the number on the back of your charging tag for help with the balance.
