Where do I find the charger ID?

In connection with changing the foiling on our chargers throughout the country, we are also switching to a new common European standard for outlet marking. This will mean that we will have different outlet markings for a while.

Our app will be updated to handle both types of ID numbers but until then you will only be able to start with numbers of the previous standard of five digits followed by a period and a trailing withdrawal number.

If you come to a charger with the new marking, the easiest way to start charging is to navigate to the charger you are standing at via the map and start the desired outlet by clicking on the outlet symbol in the location view. You can navigate to your nearest charger by clicking the navigation icon at the bottom right of the map view or by zooming in manually.

Alternatively, you can start manually by pressing the charge button and then keying in the numbers of the EVSE ID with the first five digits to the left of the dot and the last two digits to the right of the dot.
