Example of pictures needed for error report
Error reporting
Below you will find sample images that must be attached so that your error report is complete and so that we can handle it. Remember to turn off the power to the charging box before opening it. You do this by turning off the personal protection switch that was installed in connection with the installation of your charging box.
Note that a broken manufacturer’s seal means that the warranty is used up (see picture further down)
1. Serial number (located on a white sticker on the charging box and abbreviated SN) can be located both on top of the charging box or under the main cover.
2. Picture of the charging box before the cover is removed.
3. Any error code that the charging box displays at the various diodes on the front
4. Unscrew the cover. See picture below for where you can (green) and can’t (red) screw when you have removed the outer cover.
5. Picture of under the cover and the small black green marked hatch, showing the wiring.
6. Picture of under the cover small black hatch showing dip switches.

You can find the manual for the KEBA P30 here for further information on how to open the charging box.
Remember not to break the manufacturer’s seal on the charging box (see below), if it is broken it means that the warranty is used up and the matter for repair is not handled.
