This will mean that we will have different outlet markings for a while.\r\n\r\nOur app will be updated to handle both types of ID numbers but until then you will only be able to start with numbers of the previous standard of five digits followed by a period and a trailing withdrawal number.\r\n\r\nIf you come to a charger with the new marking, the easiest way to start charging is to navigate to the charger you are standing at via the map and start the desired outlet by clicking on the outlet symbol in the location view.
