Flexible payment solution

The condominium association decides what it will cost to charge for residents and visitors to charge at the condominium association’s charging posts, and the residents receive their own invoice from Mer and pay for their own electricity costs. This is how it works:

The Housing Association sets a market price for charging (per kWh)
The user identifies himself via our charging tag or app and becomes an end customer of Mer
In addition, they bill residents for charging monthly
More reimburses the condominium association for consumed electricity per kWh through automatic reimbursement of charging income

Get 50% in contribution for installing EV charging

The housing association can receive up to 50% of the costs in grants with Ladda bilen from the Environmental Protection Agency (Naturvårdsverket) to invest in charging posts in the parking lot. We are happy to help with everything from cost estimates for charging points and installation to a complete application for grants via the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency.
